He tells Dorn there are several reasons for him supporting and not sanctioning it despite it going against the Emperors original dictat. 1) with Horus at the gates it is the wrong moment to turn on loyal citizens and risk splitting the defenders. 2) He believes and wants to investigate and discover if worshipping the Emperor as a god will strengthen him in the same way that worship of the 4 gives them there powers. 3) Linked to the above worship of the Emperor will | |
