Is the movie TRON of basebased from RAthe movie Ra.ONEOne?

I have more of time to watch entertrainment movie production, but sometime,Sometimes I see some Western moviemovies that look like a direct copy from the source of eastan Eastern movie.

As an example, is Amemrican Moviethe American movie TRON a direct copy of the RARa.ONE One? Ther's some Are there differences  ?

Is TRON of base from RA.ONE?
