For all we know about Star Wars shield technology that could make all the difference. And that's assuming that shields have a depth at all. But as to less time to be noticed, as stated in other posts, it would seem that they were so sure of their defenses that they didn't even consider looking below the shield so that doesn't make a lot of sense | |
