That's how it started, but after season 3 it was canned with season 4 becoming the final season. He therefore had to rush to the end of his plot one season early… then it got a reprieve, 11th hour, so season 5 has an oddly anti-climatic 'what the heck do we do now?' feel to it. | |

You might want to watch the whole Babylon-5 series, then. Like a lot of shows (ST:TNG, Buffy) the first season is rocky, but then, lookout. It was one of the defining moments in the (new) "Golden Age of Television", when TV started to get good. | |
