Only empathy and audience-but-not-character-visible trademark eye flare distinguish human from replicant. Eyes might be post-creation additions rather than what was generated -- Chew made the Nexus 6 eyes -- but there's nothing to indicate it isn't a variation of existing genetics. I could go into it but I don't want to bore anyone and I am cramming for my Voigh-Kampff Monday at 9 frigging AM. Empathy is so hard to fake.
