May 1, 2015 at 14:57 comment added Paul D. Waite I would like to vote this up again. Excellent, and I think entirely stands up after Age of Ultron. The only thing I can think is missing is Falcon from Winter Soldier showing up in AoU. (Hope I didn’t spoil anything.)

Apr 8, 2015 at 14:15 comment added Omegacron @Nerrolken I've read several articles speculating about it, but don't have any links handy atm. It largely comes from the fact that the Twins were recently retconned into Inhumans in the comics. They both lost their powers after M-Day but then got new ones after the whole Terrigen Bomb thing. It's rather convenient that it skirts the whole "Fox having rights to mutants but not Inhumans" deal in the MCU.
Apr 8, 2015 at 11:59 comment added Goldsmith @Nerrolken Actually, Peggy Carter is alive, albeit very old: she appeared in Winter Soldier, though I'd forgive anyone for forgetting that since the special effects in that scene were so bad.
Apr 7, 2015 at 21:19 comment added Nerrolken @Omegacron That is certainly possible, but I've never heard any strong indications that the Inhumans might factor into Age of Ultron. They'll factor into the future of the MCU overall, of course, and Terrigen might end up being related to Strucker's experiments, but the beauty of the MCU is that anything could connect to anything. If you have an article or an interview suggesting a solid link between them in this film, though, I'll definitely add it to the list.
Apr 7, 2015 at 20:45 comment added Omegacron You left out the AoS introduction of Inhumans, which will probably factor into AoU as well. In fact, there's been speculation that HYDRA was experimenting with a synthetic version of the Terrigen Mists, which is what unlocked the Twins' abilities. Obviously, though, only time will tell.
Apr 7, 2015 at 16:25 comment added Nerrolken @Goldsmith Good point, although Peggy Carter is dead too and she's in it. It's entirely possible that he would appear in a Widow/Hawkeye SHIELD flashback, or a Fury flashback, or a Falcon flashback, or a Cap flashback (remember he's the grandson of a Howling Commando), or that he could come back in a time-travelly way, etc. Even if not, the possibility still exists for someone from the show to make an appearance.
Apr 7, 2015 at 12:10 comment added Goldsmith Also, being up to date with the series, it's pretty unlikely that the Agents of SHIELD character mentioned in the linked article will appear in Age of Ultron...
Apr 7, 2015 at 8:21 comment added Dr R Dizzle We know that Iron Man 3 takes place Christmas 2012 thanks to the additional timeline details that Agents of SHIELD provides. CENTIPEDE are using variations of Extremis (from Iron Man 3) before the Thor: The Dark World tie-in episode takes place.
