Quicksilver appears to have eaten the pizza. Presumably all that running around is quite hard work and therefore requires a lot of energy.
You may wish to note that a few (nano)seconds earlier he'd also helped himself to a caffeinated soft drink.

I will accept this as it is the most likely answer to be true, keeping in mind the facts that the man is constantly consuming something, and the amount of "acquired" foodstuff in his basement (ding-dongs, boxes and boxes of pringles, etc.) Commented Aug 6, 2016 at 22:51
