Questions tagged [virus]

A virus is a microscopic lifeform that infects larger hosts, and can cause a variety of symptoms - most commonly in fiction (particularly, if the virus is the subject of a story), the virus will modify behaviour or cause death. However, viruses can cause lesser symptons, and in reality most people will not present symptoms for many viral infections. Sometimes, the transmission of undead (zombies, vampires, werewolves) is ascribed to a virus.
