Bobba Fett emerging from the sands in the sarlacc's pit was a hallucination created by his mind under the influence of the mind-altering neurotoxins in the stomach of the sarlacc. Bobba, probably, had to remove his armor to escape from the sarlacc stomach and the pit, thus, his armor remains in the pit for a forthcoming retrieval in next episodes.
