There is old yuri manga about a female main character who tries to save another girl that loves robot from cruel experiment, but always fails because fate says so. So the FMC, using her time loop ability (modified phone inside palm) to save this girl by any means.

There is also part where she commands a small robot toy army to save FMC at start against girl stalker.
