I just saw yesterday [The Wandering Earth Project][1] . While it is a chinese movie, pretty well-made, this is perhaps the first time I came across the concept of using propellers, earth-engines to push Earth itself to another galaxy.

While I haven't come across a story such as this, have there been stories in this regard ? From what I understood from the storyline in the movie, it basically gives a huge arc for number of stories to be shared and made over lifetimes.
