This tag should be used in situations where extrasensory perception (ESP) is an important factor relevant to the question.

Extrasensory perception (ESP) is the name given to the (non-scientific) phenomena in which an individual perceives something via a method not supported by the known physical senses (i.e. vision, hearing, touch, etc.).

In fiction, ESP may be used as a label for a wide array of supernormal mental and/or physical phenomena, such as precognition (knowledge of the future), clairvoyance (knowledge of distant events), telepathy (direct mind-to-mind communication), telekinesis (exerting physical force on objects via "thought power"), and others. This trope is especially popular in science fiction of the 1970s.
