Why are Lwaxana Troi and Reginald Barclay not present at Deanna Troi and Will Riker's wedding in Nemesis?

The absence of Lwaxana Troi isn't clearly explained in universe. However, since there was a second ceremony planned on Betazed, this one following Betazoid traditions, it would seem logical that ...

What did Picard mean with "All other concerns are secondary" in Nemesis?

I'm not sure what is unclear... don't be concerned about your life, or the crew, or the ship. Stop him from using the weapon! If all is lost, but the weapon is not used, it is a victory.

Why does Picard say that Shinzon's heart is the same as his?

I think Picard is being poetic (or metaphorical, if you like) in this case. "Your heart is the same as mine" doesn't just mean an organ that pumps blood; the heart is the "source" of one's feelings, ...

At the end of Star Trek: Nemesis, why didn't Captain Picard immediately deactivate the Thalaron weapon?

At the end of Star Trek: Nemesis, why didn't Captain Picard immediately deactivate the Thalaron weapon?
