You'd have to ask an actual physicist whether that effect would be significant or not. It would also disperse the shot over a broader area. Bullets (especially handgun bullets) don't strike with that much force; it's the concentration of force that's deadly. Dispersion is exactly the mechanism behind bulletproof vests. | |
