I vaguely recall a Star TrekStar Trek RPG or wargame I played just a couple times in the 80’s that called the ridgeless Klingons something like half-Klingon hybrids (offspring of Klingon and human).

Can anyone tell me what game that was and if it’s in any way canonical?
