(from 1956) played around with a similar premise of "cosmic radiation makes our bodies keep aging and deteriorating until we die," but the actual plot was very different from what you describe from memory. I just mention this to save others the trouble of Googling for such things as "science fiction" and "short story "and "cosmic rays cause aging," and so forth, and perhaps coming up with a hit that turns out to be an online reference to Anderson's old story. | |
