In the fellowship of the ringsFellowship of the Rings movie, in the Middle Earth Council  ( Elrond's Council 'Elrond's Council'), they were arguing about who was to bear the ringRing. The scene werewas fierce because of the differencedifferences between races ( conflictconflicts between Dwarf/ElfDwarves and Elves, Human's desire, etc  .) and they just couldn't get to a consensus. But then when FrodoFrodo spoke, suddenly all of them agreeagreed to let Frodo be the ringRing-bearer.

I knew that there was record for a Hobbit not being tempted by The One Ring ( Bilbo Bilbo), but why did all of them agree, all of a sudden?
