Shadowhunters, also known as The Shadowhunter Chronicles, is a series by Cassandra Clare. It focuses mainly on the exploits of the Shadowhunters, or Nephilim, humans granted power to fight demons by the angel Raziel. Also present are Downworlders—vampires, werewolves, fey, and warlocks—who are often at odds with the Shadowhunters.
